Our President's Message
Welcome to our world of excellence, where excellent people make excellent goods and services for excellent people like you.
I am modestly educated with eight degrees, certificates, and in views. I studied Global negotiation across borders at Harvard, a Postgraduate in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master's degree in international business law among others. My wealth of public and private sector experiences for a cumulative thirty-five years has been my driving force. Indeed, it was rewarding serving as a member of the national economic management team in cement sector and as the national secretary of the cement producers association of Nigeria.
Over the past three decades, we have built solid bridges of sustained ethical growth, partnerships, and markets all over the world. We have cemented walls of uncertainties and failures and surpassed targets and expectations.
With an eye on excellence, we have won the Best Corporate Brand Award in Nigeria for the years 2013 and 2014. Our quest for aggressive marketing supported by first-class customer relations has given rise to global appeal and reckoning.
We have embraced constant regulatory changes, mitigated risks, updated and implemented cost-effective technologies to support our ever-growing volume of business, and handled more diverse client demands and expectations.
A revolution implies a fundamental and relatively sudden change. It will not be false therefore to say we are a group of revolutionary elements at The Reagan Group.
Evolution remains the key to sustainability and growth. And accordingly, “when needs must, the devil drives”. At the Reagan Group, there is no substitute for hard work.
In retrospect, I wish I had the right connections to see me enrolled as a soldier where things are done by fiat. Once the first step on the soldiering ladder was missed, my career took a different turn and ultimately proved successful in the world of business diplomacy.
We have successfully prioritized the implementation of new technologies, enabling us to smartly and efficiently meet client expectations as a global player.
Our corporate ethos is to run a lean diverse multicultural, multinational organization. And strive to constantly improve our team through greater engagement and motivation, recognizing and rewarding contributions, refining and providing the right tools, ethos, mentoring, and above all, being open, accessible, and professional. And this is an ongoing process.
Having started a fledgling institution with 5 people 35 years ago and now an affiliate of eight solid member groups, a collective team of over 200 direct and indirect partners I would commend our efforts and our growth as being spectacular.
When we say welcome to our world of excellence, we mean every word of it.
We intend to continue with our success story even where others have failed. Our mission is to produce the finest quality of goods and services and make them readily available and affordable.
